Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of the day on which you, or a person you nominate, receives physical possession of the goods (the "cooling-off period"). You do not need to give a reason for cancellation.

This right does not apply to:

• Goods that have been clearly personalised.
• Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and which for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned - however, we will assess returns on a case-by-case basis and may accept returns of opened products at our discretion where the product is defective or not as described.

2. How to notify us of cancellation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You may do this by:

1. Emailing us at info@powerpolish.world with your name, order number and a statement that you wish to cancel.
2. Completing and submitting the contact form on our Site, clearly stating you wish to return your order.

We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation promptly and provide return instructions by email.

3. Returning the goods

After notifying us, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you notified us of cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective or not as described, in which case we will cover reasonable return postage.

Please ensure goods are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked postal service. We cannot accept liability for items lost in return transit.

4. Refunds

We will issue your refund within 14 calendar days of either:

• The day we receive the returned goods; or
• The day you provide evidence that the goods have been dispatched (whichever is earlier).

Your refund will include the full purchase price of the goods and the standard delivery charge paid at time of order (if any). You will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not charge any cancellation or restocking fee.

We may make a deduction from the refund for any diminished value of the goods if the diminution is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Defective or incorrect goods

If you receive goods that are defective, damaged in transit or materially different from what was described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@powerpolish.world with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate and cover return postage costs.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

6. Payment on delivery orders

If you selected "payment on delivery" and wish to cancel before delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to intercept the shipment. If the goods have already been dispatched, the standard 14-day return procedure above applies; you are not obliged to pay for goods you have properly cancelled and returned.
